ABOUT ME
I am the founder of Breathe in Joy and a mother of two beautiful girls, balancing family life with my passion for yoga and wellbeing. My journey began with a deep interest in yoga, then expanded into facial acupuncture, and eventually led to completing qualifications in 5 Elements Acupuncture.
