TRE® is a gentle, body-based practice designed to help release deep muscular tension and calm an overworked nervous system. Through a simple sequence of movements, the body is invited into natural, therapeutic tremors which is a natural and biological way we all possess to discharge stress, shock, and long-held patterns of holding.

TRE® is a gentle, body-based practice designed to help release deep In my work as both a yoga teacher and acupuncturist, I see the body as an intelligent, interconnected system. Whether through movement, breath, or fine needles, the intention is the same: to restore circulation, regulate the nervous system, and help the body return to its natural state of balance.
Yoga prepares the body to feel safe and receptive.
Acupuncture works at a deeper energetic and physiological level to support regulation and healing.
TRE sits beautifully between the two - bridging physical release with neurological reset.
Rather than forcing change, TRE invites to listen and allow body to unwind in its own time.
